I can't wait to see all of the monstrously huge mega churches in my neck of the woods get the shit taxed out of them. They don't use the tithes to help the poor and destitute, but rather to line their pastors pockets and to make obscenely grand "churches" that are nothing more than gaudy, tacky eye-sores. Unknowingly the christians are about to strip themselves of their churches tax exempt statuses, and I couldn't be more happier.

Not like they ever really paid any attention to those pesky things in the first place. Has anyone thought about how muslim, jewish, or buddhist children and their parents are going to take this bill? I live in Oklahoma and I know there aren't a ton of any of those previously mentioned religions but there are still enough that this bill will have an impact on them. And what happened to the whole thing in the Constitution of the U.S. about not favoring one religion over another in this country? The anti-democratic/anti-American face of the christian fundamentalists shows itself once again.
